K. M. Ramachandran—fondly known as Ram—is a seasoned leader with nearly four decades of professional experience spanning Human Resources, Corporate Strategy, Administration, and Corporate Affairs. An accomplished scholar, he holds multiple degrees including a BA in Economics, MA in English Literature, an MBA in General Management, several postgraduate diplomas, a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management, D.Litt, and a Post-Doctoral Fellowship, along with the prestigious FIAECT Fellowship.
Ram began his career with ABB and later spent over two decades with the Torrent Group, rising to Vice President (Group HR), where he played a key role in building the Group’s Corporate HR structure. He has also held senior leadership positions with Rai Corporation, Gujarat Lease Finance Limited, and Troikaa Pharmaceuticals, where he served as Senior Vice President (HR & Administration) and led award-winning HR initiatives.
Currently, he serves as the Founder & Managing Director, bringing strategic vision and leadership to an organisation engaged in aircraft charter (NSOP), MRO services, and pilot and drone training (FTO). Known for his pragmatic thinking and innovative approach, Ram has consistently driven organizational growth and transformation.
